Biography & Career

Mr. Fumimasa Murakami
Mr Murakami was born in the circle of sushi restaurants.
With his good leadership, he oversees the restaurants management and imparts his cooking guidance in Bangkok,Thailand
He has a reputation for meticulous guidance, vast of experiences in kaiseki, sushi and fusion restaurants.
He is the Master Instructor of TSA group and with his team of instructors, always ready to impart his skill on the preparations that which meets the eyes which leads to taste.

Biography & Career

Mr. Takahashi has a wealth of international experience working in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. He worked in the Tokyo branch of Kitcho group, one of the most distinguished kaiseki restaurant group in Japan. He was also the Executive Chef of Shinji by Kanesaka restaurant in Raffles Hotel.
