Meanwhile, we understand that many foreign people hope to learn
an authentic course in the Tokyo branch. Therefore we decided
to provide a 4-week course, which is the first half of 8-week course
held in Tokyo, to start learning earlier in Singapore.
You can learn almost the same contents in the Singapore branch as in Tokyo.
Our ingredients, especially fish, are transported by air from Japan.
You can thoroughly learn how to prepare and keep those fish.
The main lecturer, Mr. Jeremy Tan has a lot of global cooking experience
and was trained as a teacher in the Tokyo branch. Though the lectures
are given in English, we can support more people in Chinese on request basis.
At the end of the first 4-week course, we are to have an assessment test.
Throughout the test, we support students’ skills and knowledges
in order to keep learning the latter 4-week program at the Tsukiji branch
in Tokyo without problems.
